The Trampoline Frame
Our frames feature a rigid, 8 piece frame design (not 20+ pieces, like our competitors) with very strong 13 guage steel tubing, that are galvanized inside and out for unbeatable corrosion and rust resistance. Strong one-piece leg units are flat on the bottom so the trampoline won’t sink into the soil or become unstable. Frame spring holes are machine drilled (not stamped) for increased strength and will last a lifetime.
The Trampoline Springs
Springs also play an important role in the quality and performance of the bounce. Our trampolines use pre-galvanized, cone-shaped springs. Usually the ends of the springs stretch out first, so cone-compressing the ends of the springs prevents them from stretching out (notice how they taper at the ends). The springs are also galvanized before they are wound to ensure durability and they are 8 1/2” long to provide the best bounce possible.
The Trampoline Bed
Our high grade polypropylene jumping bed features a heavy duty reinforced vinyl hem with 9 rows of stitching (not 5 like our competitors) of 34 pound test UV protected thread, resulting in a durable jumping bed that will last for several years. Our V-rings are galvanized steel for unbeatable corrosion and rust resistance. Plus, all jump beds are backed with a full 5-year warranty, which even includes normal wear and tear. The jump beds will support 400 lbs. jumping weight (almost double our competitors), and a 1,000 lb tear limit (resting weight).
The Trampoline Frame Pad
The best in the industry! Keep your family safe with our 22 ounce vinyl frame pad, featuring 3-ply dacron tie chord reinforcement, high quality closed-cell ethafoam core for added protection, and a polypropelyne bottom to allow moisture to escape, which eliminates rot damage from mold and mildew. Our five year warranty is also included on the frame pad! Look at our competitors frame pad, and you will see why they are only backed with a 30 day warranty and have to be replaced after one or two seasons of use.
